MangoPin Privacy Policy

MangoPin is an Android app for selecting, saving, organizing, and testing simulated locations. This policy describes MangoPin's data practices. MangoPin does not require an app account.

Data saved on your device MangoPin stores saved pin names and coordinates, groups, favorites, settings, and recent successful mock-location history in Android app storage. History is limited to the most recent 200 entries. Mango Juice Tech does not operate a server that receives your pin library or location history. The app does not include an advertising SDK or a separate developer analytics service.

Maps and network services Google Maps is provided through the Maps SDK for Android. Google processes technical request information, including device and SDK information, IP addresses, SDK-specific pseudonymous identifiers, and diagnostic information. Map interactions, such as panning and zooming, may also be processed through the SDK's camera features. Google uses this information to operate, maintain, and improve its services.

The map area and coordinates you display are processed to provide map content. Address search uses Android's geocoder and its provider, which processes search queries to return addresses and coordinates. Opening a shortened Google Maps link sends requests to Google's link service to resolve it.

Permissions and simulated location MangoPin requests location permission for its location foreground service. Mock-location use also requires enabling phone Location and selecting MangoPin as the mock location app in Android Developer options. When you deliberately start or change a simulated location, MangoPin supplies the selected coordinates to Android. Other apps may receive or reject these simulated locations. Stop ends the mock-location provider; the service does not start automatically after reboot or force-stop.

Notification permission supports service notifications and the Stop control. You can manage permissions in Android Settings. The app's mock-location purpose does not require uploading your saved location library to Mango Juice Tech.

Sharing and backups Copying or sharing a pin places the selected information on the clipboard or sends it to the app you choose. That app handles it under its own practices. JSON exports contain the pins and groups you export and are saved to your chosen destination. Anyone with access to those files can read their contents.

Android backup services may back up eligible app data according to your device and account settings. Cloud storage providers you choose for exports may also store copies. Their privacy policies and backup controls apply.

Optional Pro purchases Google Play handles payment for MangoPin Pro. MangoPin processes purchase status and signed purchase proof to verify and restore Pro access. Verified purchase proof is stored locally in storage excluded from Android automatic backup and is not part of pin exports. Mango Juice Tech does not receive payment-card details through the app. The current version does not use a developer-operated purchase-verification server. Google manages its transaction records under its own policies.

Support communications If you contact support@mangojuicetech.com, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you send. We use them to answer your request, troubleshoot issues, and handle privacy requests. Our email routing and inbox providers process those messages to deliver and store them. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary personal information.

Support messages are retained as needed to resolve your request and maintain relevant support records, or where legal obligations require retention. You can request deletion using the contact address above.

Retention and deletion Pins remain on the device until deleted or app data is cleared. You can clear history in the app. Clearing app storage removes local settings, pins, history, and purchase proof; restoring purchase access uses Google Play. Clearing data does not cancel or refund a purchase.

Delete exported backups separately and manage Android or cloud backup copies through their providers. Google-managed data and transaction records follow Google's retention and deletion controls. There is no MangoPin account to delete. For support-email deletion requests, contact us; records required by law may be retained.

Data use, security, and policy changes We do not sell your personal information. Information you send us is used for support and related service purposes, and may be disclosed when required by law. Android app storage and HTTPS for supported network services help protect data, but no system guarantees complete security.
